The Challenge

Thule was entering four Latin American markets at once, and every store had to read as unmistakably Thule while working for how local families and adventurers actually shop. Functional gear like carriers, racks, and strollers is hard to make feel aspirational on a sales floor, and the look had to hold from Santiago to Bogotá.

The Solution

We rooted the design in Thule's Swedish heritage, black powder-coated steel, icy white fixtures, and concrete floors, so the colorful gear reads as the hero of the room. Each floor was zoned to local shopping habits with complementary products set in shared sight lines, so a customer shopping strollers sees the bike trailers beside them, and 3D floor plans and renderings gave all four markets one consistent reference.

The Outcome

The four flagships opened across Santiago, Mexico City, São Paulo, and Bogotá, giving Thule a consistent, brand-true retail presence in Latin America and a layout template the brand can repeat as the region grows.
