The Challenge

Canyon builds premium bikes that most riders first meet online, so the Carlsbad showroom had to do what a screen can't: put someone next to an Aeroad or a Strive and let them find their ride across four very different disciplines. The harder problem was volume. Thirty-plus bikes in one room can read as a warehouse, and every model still had to feel like a hero.

The Solution

We set the showroom in an industrial shell of concrete floors, matte black steel, and blackened metal, so the bikes and Canyon's orange read as the only color in the room. We zoned the floor by discipline, giving MTB, Road, Triathlon, and Gravity their own areas so a rider heads straight to their category.

Internally lit pedestals and shelves put each frame on its own light, and a Bike Frame Glorifier Wall broke the hero model down with stood-off acrylic callouts and edge-lit titles, so the flagship frame gets studied, not just seen. A Torque tuning shop and a coffee bar built into the reception desk gave riders a reason to stay after the sale.

The Outcome

The design gave Canyon a Carlsbad showroom where riders can see the full lineup in person, navigate straight to their discipline, and get a bike tuned on site.
