The Challenge

Filson's apparel sells through wholesale doors the brand doesn't control, sharing the floor with everyone else's product. A fixture program had to carry Filson's since-1897 workwear heritage into every one of those doors, look like shop furniture that had been in the building for decades, and install and reorder the same way whether it landed in one store or a hundred.

The Solution

We designed and built a modular display program in one material language: reclaimed-look wood, blackened steel, factory casters, and the Filson logo burned into the shelves. A wall system, rolling gondola, tower, and two-way racks share interchangeable parts, so accessories, shelves, and signage move between units. Shelves adjust every six inches, levelers and casters let the same pieces drop into any footprint, and slots along the shelf fronts swap in product call-outs without a rebuild.

The Outcome

The program gives Filson one consistent presence across wholesale doors nationwide, engineered so store one and store one hundred read the same, and built to be reordered and reconfigured as the retail mix changes. Retailers get a Filson space that installs fast and holds up, and Filson gets its heritage represented the same way everywhere its product sells.
