PXG's Performance Studios combine club fitting, retail, and hospitality for serious golfers, and the brand wanted to open them market after market without losing the premium feel. Each studio had to stay exclusive down to the fixture while installing the same way whether it was the first location or the twenty-fifth.

We designed the first studio as a template and have built every one since on the same system. A standardized set of modular fixtures reconfigures to each floor plan: wall systems, two-way and four-way stands, nesting tables, and shaft displays. Every layout centers on the putting green, with fitting bays and retail arranged around it, and because we manufacture the fixtures in-house, the pieces in the newest studio match the first one exactly. Our own team installs each location from delivery through opening.

Over nearly a decade, PXG has grown to more than 25 locations, each delivering the same premium experience while adapting to its local market and real estate. The fixtures, the layout, and the install stay consistent from studio to studio, so the brand scales without repeating itself.
