Fan Outfitters by Lids wanted a one-stop shop for game-day gear that felt tailored to the local teams in each store's market.

We designed a modular fixture kit in gunmetal powder-coated steel on locking casters, so staff can reconfigure the floor as inventory shifts. Refreshable headers and swappable League ID signage localize a store to any market's teams in minutes, not a remodel. The 46-upright wall system runs six configurations across apparel, hats, and novelty, and a center Customize module puts embroidery on the sales floor, so fans walk out with gear personalized on the spot.

Fan Outfitters gets a store concept that opens in any market and still feels local, turning one repeatable build into a shopping experience fans can't get from a generic team shop.
