2025 Industry Recognition

Retail Design Institute's Outstanding Merit Award

Signature Moments in Customer Journey and Technology

Paris Saint-Germain Megastore - Paris, France

This year, Lotus United was awarded an Outstanding Merit Award from the Retail Design Institute for the Paris Saint-Germain Megastore at Parc des Princes, recognizing excellence in customer journey and technology integration. In partnership with Lids, we created a compelling customer journey anchored by a signature tunnel replica and interactive technology zones that drive engagement throughout the space.

2025 Project Highlights

Golf Pride HQ Fitting Studio

Scope: Conceptual Design, Design Development, Engineering, Manufacturing, Project Management, Shipping & Logistics, Installation

Golf Pride's fitting studio at their headquarters in Pinehurst, North Carolina is a performance-focused facility featuring specialized zones for grip fitting, shaft analysis, and putting measurement. The space includes a Trackman hitting bay, retail lab, and hospitality areas designed to support detailed customer fitting processes with integrated technology and precision lighting.

Patagonia Wholesale Rollout

Scope: Conceptual Design, Design Development, Engineering, Manufacturing, Project Management, Shipping & Logistics

Our partnership with Patagonia reached a twenty-year milestone this year. We managed the annual global refresh for their wholesale environments to keep retail displays cohesive and current. This sustained collaboration ensures that the brand’s presence remains consistent across diverse international markets regardless of the season.

NBA's West Coast Flagship

Scope: Conceptual Design, Design Development, Engineering, Manufacturing, Project Management, Shipping & Logistics, Installation

Working alongside Lids, we launched the first NBA West Coast flagship at Universal CityWalk Hollywood. This 11,000 square foot destination utilizes custom art installations and merchandise personalization stations to create an immersive fan environment. It serves as a premier example of how retail can function as a major tourist attraction.

VANS New Mall Concept Rollout

Scope: Engineering, Manufacturing, Project Management, Shipping & Logistics

VANS initiated a nationwide update to their mall-based locations using fixtures engineered and fabricated by our team. This rollout introduces a more sophisticated aesthetic to their traditional retail footprint. The new components support a sleeker brand image while maintaining the durability required for high-traffic shopping centers.

DECKED Retail Display System

Scope: Conceptual Design, Design Development, Engineering, Manufacturing, Project Management, Shipping & Logistics

For DECKED, we developed a modular system to showcase truck bed storage products within specialty outdoor retailers. The design utilizes perforated metal platforms and industrial elements to encourage hands-on interaction. This scalable solution allows the brand to maintain a premium look across hundreds of independent dealer locations.

Selkirk Flagship

Scope: Conceptual Design, Design Development, Engineering, Manufacturing, Project Management, Shipping & Logistics

Selkirk’s first flagship in Boise establishes a physical home for the pickleball community. The interior balances raw concrete and steel with natural wood and vibrant red accents. By including an indoor court, the space allows customers to test equipment immediately, positioning the brand as a central hub for the sport.

Arc'teryx North American Expansion

Scope: Engineering, Manufacturing, Project Management, Shipping & Logistics

Our work with Arc’teryx continued this year with the deployment of custom wall systems across North America. These modular units feature integrated lighting and adjustable shelving tailored to technical apparel.

Salt Lake Bees Team Store

Scope: Conceptual Design, Design Development, Engineering, Manufacturing, Project Management, Shipping & Logistics, Installation

The new team store at America First Square sets a high bar for Minor League Baseball retail. Spanning 2,200 square feet, the layout accommodates over 200 unique hat designs and a dedicated jersey customization station. This project was designed to handle the high energy of game-day crowds while providing a boutique shopping feel.

JOOLA Flagship

Scope: Conceptual Design, Design Development, Engineering, Manufacturing, Project Management, Shipping & Logistics, Installation

JOOLA's first flagship retail location in Bethesda, Maryland functions as a community gathering space for pickleball enthusiasts. The store features an in-store demo table and curated product selection that lets customers connect with the brand while building connections with fellow players.

Dive Bomb Industries Showroom

Scope: Conceptual Design, Design Development, Engineering, Manufacturing, Project Management, Shipping & Logistics, Installation

Debuting at SquadFest 2025, this 7,000 square foot flagship in Hazelwood, Missouri showcases Dive Bomb Industries' hunting heritage through strategic zoning, custom waterfowl imagery, and a modular fixture system built for seasonal transitions. The space transforms from duck season to deer season without major renovation, providing flexibility that matches how hunting communities actually shop.
